I cannot agree with you more. Most of the big spenders are online and looking during business hours. if you have campaigns promoting business products, shut them down after about seven pm in the time zone your campaign is directed at.
If is something directed toward a non-work type product your better off starting it around 12 noon and ending it about 12 midnight in my opinion.
